Want to mail us your device for repair? Here’s what you need to know before shipping.

#1. Contact us directly to plan your repair.

It’s important we have your parts in-stock. Before you send us anything, please consult 1 of our techs pre-shipping your device to our PO Box.

#2. Complete our In-Take form & test all functions on the phone & mark accordingly.

Once you test all functions of the device & list all known issues / symptoms of the device, include a copy of the form in your package. Make sure to package your device very well. We’re not liable for any other damages while in postage route. We recommend shipping your phone or device in the original box it came in. You can ship in an envelope bubbler or box.
